Email, postal/fax orders: We accept credit card payments using Mastercard, Bankcard and Visa. We accept personal cheques drawn in Australian dollars but will not ship items until we have recieved bank clearance on these cheques.

Customers pay shipping and insurance costs. Dax Designs uses Australia Post for domestic and international shipping.
Our standard shipping rates are computed using the calculated weight of your order (including packaging), rounded up to the nearest whole gram.
The rates are based on the rates published by Australia Post.
NB: We do not charge a handling fee.
Delivery times indicated below are based on the published delivery standards of Australia Post.
Within Australia
Regular Parcel. This typically arrives in 3 to 6 business days, excluding holidays. In rare instances this service can take up to 14 days to deliver to outlying areas.
Express Post Parcel. This typically arrives within 1 day of shipping in metro areas and 3 days to outlying areas. Delivery times may vary for orders placed during the weekend with this service.

We will exchange Dax Designs merchandise for any other Dax designs merchandise of your choice to the same value. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, in the same condition in which it left us and within two weeks of the date you receive it.
We do not accept return of special commissions.
Dax Designs is not responsible for postage on the items you return.
