Glenda's original, handcrafted necklace combines Vietnamese rubies, Chinese freshwater pearls and glass beads. This is the first time that Glenda has aggregated such different elements .

RubyCong San is a play on English and ancient Chinese. In English, a 'Rubicon' is an event of significant change; and 'cong san' - a term with Chinese roots - describes an aggregate of individuals. Hence RubyCong San - a significant aggregate of elements.
