Glenda Mac Naughton (2003) A glistening woven panel of beads in aqua and ruby is bisected by a jagged streak of magenta and soft lime. The panel hangs from a woven rope of jade green beads and has an elegant fringe of jade-green and ruby-red, with two aqua ceramic feature beads.In this elegant beadweaving necklace, sharp angles and lines meet soft pastel shades. A jagged flash of lightning in magenta and soft lime runs across a calm, aqua-coloured sea, offset with abstract lines of ruby; and in the fringe, vertical lines of jade-green and ruby-red offset the hand-painted swirls on two ceramic feature beads from Peru. |
